I did it! I won! 52,000 plus words and counting!

Now that I am done with that I can finally work on my fan fiction and my art... I'm sorry I've been dead and such but I'm slowly becoming alive again! (Happy Thanksgiving BTW ^^ For all my American Watchers anyway...)

So far I have the first three chapters of Ligh of Destruction completed but I don't want to post them until I'm done with at least chapter Ten. At the same time, i want to work on Roseblade and get it completed for a novel contest I am entering in march so I'm busy with writing ^^.

So my NaNoWriMo story is crap XP LOL I know it. But I know that I want to be able to go back and edit it when I'm finished, add more, take more out or maybe find a paragraph I like and make it the begining of my new story "Esscence of Insanity..." (I'm learning more toward the last option than the other two. The story is so confusing that even I haven't been able to keep up XP

On Saturday I was at 3,452 words in the morning. Right now (November 8th, 2009) 15,282 and still coutining (since I'm still typing). Maybe I could finish way early to take time and edit/destroy/mutilate my rough draft and see what comes of it.

Now for Roseblade Eclipse

That is my Yugioh fan fiction that I am planning or writing soon (but probably not until after NaNoWriMo) And I've already decided on my "character descriptions" for the sake of my sanity (which fled when I started NaNo) I'm going to post my idea here and see what everyone things ^^

Title: Roseblade Eclipse
Summary: Sent to the Shadow Realm with no clue as of why, fifeteen year old Arcadia finds herself bound to the two darkest souls in the universe. But when the three are given a secone chance, they all msut work together to take down the villians of the modern day world and discover the truth about Arcadia's Betrayal.

Characters (The canon characters are OOC... but I tried to retain their personalities or give a reson for them to change so drastically. I haven't decided wheither to make it a 5ds crossover or weither to just put it in future domino... what do you guys think?"

Akefia Bakura: The leader of the group and the King of Thieves from Ancient Egypt. Due to his experience as the victium in the Shadow Realm after his defeat at the hands of the pharoah, his pshychotic and sadistic attitude has changed greatuly, but he is still incredibly subborn, sarastic, cocky, and seems to be incredibly good at giving people the cold choulder. If he does have feelings for someone he refuses, or isn't very good at showing them, and tends to snap easily when embaressed (in order to hide his true feeling) Shadow Guardian: Horus the Black Flame Dragon (Although his deck mostly consisits of Zombie/Vampire monsters with his trump card being Vampire Genisis.)

Marik Ishtar (Mariku): The dark side of a boy named Malik Ishtar, but become a real person after he was banished to the Shadow Realm. He has shown the most change of anyone, becoming less psychotic and surprisingly mroe understand. He does, however, still have a slightly crazed side, and when provoked returns to his previous, psychotic state (although it normally only lasts for a short period of time). Shadow Guardian: Armed Dragon Level 10 (His deck consists of Armed Dragon LV Monsters and many trap cards that stops his opponents until he can summon out his ace monster/guardian.)

Arcadia Crossline: The third of the Soul Thieves and the only one who doesn't have a reason to be int he Shadow Realm. Even she doesn't completly know (except for the fact that someone had stabbed her when she wasn't looking) but is determined to look. At first, she is incredibly shy and easily embarressed, but soon begins to loosen up, to the point of her willingly flirting/dancing/talking with others in order to get the information her group wants. Shadow Guardian: Roseblade Dragon (Her deck consits of Roseblade monsters, with her trump spell card being Roseblade castle which allows for the easy summoning of her Ace Monster Roseblade Eclipse)

So waht do you think? I know their personalties aren't the same but they hae been through a lot... and I wanted to make certain that Arcadia wasn't a Mary-Sue (but a lot of people are so particular nowadays...) And should I combine it with Yugioh 5ds or leave it in Domino?
